Sales Engineer

Position: Junior Sales Engineer – Air Conditioning

Location: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1–2 years in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell air conditioning products (VRF / Ductable / Split systems) within the assigned territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.

Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and follow up on inquiries to achieve monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Interaction

Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

Provide technical and commercial support during offer and negotiation stages.

3. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.

Work closely with the project and service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the regional office.

4. Market Intelligence

Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and new developments in the region.

Support in promotional activities such as dealer meets, product demos, and exhibitions.

Key Skills Required:

Good technical understanding of HVAC systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Negotiation and presentation abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
