Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Industrial Sales (OEM Sales).
Strong understanding of industrial products including PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, sensors, etc.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Cover the entire assigned industrial territory, visiting existing clients and developing new ones in industrial / manufacturing / allied sectors.
Generate leads, prospect, qualify, meet customers, understand their technical needs.
Present product solutions, provide technical demonstrations / presentations as required.
Negotiate terms, prices, close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, service) to ensure delivery, installation / service as needed.
Maintain regular reports of sales activity, customer feedback, pipeline status.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
