Role & responsibilities 1)Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the mechatronic products and solutions offered by your company. This includes knowing the technical specifications, features, and benefits of the products. 2)Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them. You'll need to communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements. 3)Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's goals and objectives. 4)Competitive Analysis: Keep track of competitor offerings and market trends to position your company's products and solutions effectively. 5)Quoting and Proposals: Prepare quotes and proposals for customers, detailing the technical aspects, pricing, and delivery schedules of the mechatronic solutions. 6)After-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers after the sale is completed, ensuring they are satisfied with the performance of the mechatronic products and resolving any issues that may arise. 7)Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network, generate leads, and stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics. 8)Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and management teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
