Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Development

  • Execute the company’s vision for geographical expansion and build a sustainable international business model.
  • Develop market entry strategies and grow assigned international markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Build and expand the product portfolio for XRF, Weighing, and Laser equipment across global regions.
  • Finalize annual business plans for sales and marketing in existing and new markets.
  • Identify, participate, and represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Organize seminars, customer meets, retail/dealer meets, and promotional activities worldwide.

Channel Development & Management

  • Explore, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and agents globally.
  • Ensure robust sales processes and standards are implemented with all channel partners.
  • Maintain and enhance distributor/dealer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
  • Grow business with existing distributors and support international branches as required.

Sales Execution & Achievement

  • Achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets for assigned product lines and territories.
  • Perform sales analysis, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet sales goals.
  • Support the creation of marketing tools such as presentations, brochures, and promotional videos.

Export Operations & Technical Coordination

  • Handle end-to-end export cycles, including coordination with the factory and logistics.
  • Understand global product certification requirements and communicate updates to the technical team.
  • Ensure smooth execution of export deliverables and adherence to compliance norms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred) or related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales OR technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of XRF, Weighing, Laser, or similar analytical/measuring equipment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with global distributors and handling international markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
