Key Responsibilities

Develop new business in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
Conduct
product demos, technical presentations, and site visits
.
Manage existing customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
Collaborate with service engineers for
installation & after-sales support
.
Gather
market intelligence
on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Participate in
trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
.
Provide
weekly and monthly reports
to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of
industrial machinery/automation
.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
Target-driven with problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred) or MBA in Marketing
3 - 5 years of sales experience
in industrial machinery, automation, or packaging solutions.
Experience in
coding & marking/packaging equipment
is a strong advantage.
