Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential customers in manufacturing, fabrication, and engineering sectors. Conduct regular sales follow-ups with new and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimations based on client specifications. Coordinate with the production and design teams for feasibility and delivery timelines. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively. Maintain CRM entries and prepare weekly sales reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at industrial expos, trade shows, and client visits. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Experience: 1–4 years in Industrial Sales or Manufacturing Sector. Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and costing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
