Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Professional- Injection molding machine & Pick and Place Robot
Company: Alvin Robot and Machinery (Pune)Department:- Sales Engineer Report to:- Sales Manager - Injection molding machine and Pick and Place Robot.Job Summary:Alvin Robot and Machinery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to join our Injection molding machine & Pick and Place Robot Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Plastic industry, with a strong focus on developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Injection molding machine and Pick and Place Robot.- Manage and grow existing accounts by building strong, long- term relationships with key customers.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.-Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.-Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Alvin Robot and Machinery products.- Continuously update knowledge of Injection molding technology and industry developments.Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.-Proven track record of Achieving and exceeding sales targets.-Strong understanding of the Plastic industry, Including products, competitors, and market trends.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.-Willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:-MBA or relevant advanced degree.-Experience with international sales and business development.-Knowledge of Injection molding automation and robotics.What We Offer:-Competitive salary and performance -based incentives.-Comprehensive benefits package.-Opportunities for professional growth and development.-A collaborative and innovative work environment.
