Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai/Daman/Ahmedabad area for a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in all-electric injection molding machines. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical support and solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include presenting and promoting products, understanding customer requirements, and assisting clients with product-related information and technical expertise. The role also involves coordinating with the internal technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any issues.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with experience in delivering technical solutions and meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solving customer issues effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience in managing sales processes and maintaining client relationships
• Educational background in Engineering or a related field; knowledge of injection molding Machines,
• Experience in All Electric IMM sales/service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
