Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative- Inside Sales at IT Aakash Strategic ERP in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, you will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads for the outside sales team, utilizing sales scripts provided by the company, understanding customer needs to make suitable recommendations, meeting daily and monthly sales targets, managing customer accounts, processing purchases, and building strong customer relationships to drive reference leads. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably as a Pre-sales Executive, and a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computers, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, the ability to follow scripts, strong negotiation skills, exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills are essential for success. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
