As an Inside Sales Representative based in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals successfully. By fostering strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets, you will contribute significantly to our company's growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as research, networking, and outreach to identify and qualify potential sales leads. - Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions. - Sales Process Management: Navigate the entire sales cycle proficiently, from initial prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition and adequate follow-up. - CRM Management: Maintain precise records of all sales-related activities and customer engagements within the CRM system. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to coordinate sales strategies and enhance lead quality. - Sales Reporting: Regularly update the management on sales performance, pipeline status, and industry trends. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. In addition, you will have access to a compensation package that includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales.
