Job Description

Email Outreach: Send personalized emails to potential leads to introduce our products/services and generate interest. Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on engagement, interest level, and fit for our offerings. Follow-ups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with qualified accounts through email, providing relevant information and updates. CRM Management: Keep track of all email communications, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaboration with Account Management: Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, sharing necessary details for a seamless transition. Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead engagement, qualification, and handovers. Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, email outreach, or lead generation . Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive approach. Ability to craft compelling email sequences to drive engagement. Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
