What you'll be doing


  • Lightning-fast lead response: You'll be the person who picks up those fresh inbound leads from our partner and gets on the phone while competitors are still thinking about it. Speed wins here – these leads aren't exclusive to us, so being first often means being the only one that matters.


  • Discovery detective work: Your job is figuring out which businesses actually need what we offer. You'll become a pro at asking the right questions to understand their bookkeeping headaches, incorporation needs, and whether we can genuinely solve their problems.


  • Meeting matchmaking: Once you've qualified someone as a perfect fit, you'll set them up with our Account Executives who handle the closing magic.


  • Follow-up mastery: You'll follow up consistently, keep prospects engaged, and never let a good lead go cold because someone forgot to call back.


Who you are


  • Communication champion: You've got excellent English and can hold professional phone conversations that actually make people want to work with us. You know how to ask questions that uncover real needs, not just tick boxes.


  • Self-motivated and responsive: You're the type who sees a new lead come in and thinks "game on" rather than "I'll get to it later." You understand that in sales, timing isn't everything – it's the only thing.


  • Naturally organised: You keep HubSpot updated, never lose track of follow-ups, and can juggle multiple conversations. You work independently but know when to loop in the team.


  • Coachable and curious: When someone gives you feedback on a call, you use it to get better. You're genuinely interested in learning about business needs and how our services solve real problems.


  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You get excited about helping businesses succeed and understand that every qualified meeting you book is directly helping someone sort out their admin headaches.


Bonus points if you have


  • Previous SDR or inside sales experience (especially B2B SaaS / fintech)
  • HubSpot or CRM experience
  • Understanding of the Australian business landscape and the incorporation process
  • Experience working with inbound leads and partner-generated opportunities
  • Track record of hitting qualification targets and actually following up consistently
