Who you are You have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency. You know your way around Asana and Slack and can hit the ground running without needing a manual. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping multiple moving parts aligned. Comfortable working in small, nimble teams that move fast and adapt quickly. Able to take ownership and drive projects without constant supervision. PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
