What you'll be doing:

  • Channel ownership:

    Email and SMS are yours. You'll build the strategy, write (or brief) the creative, set up the automations, and watch the metrics.

  • Segmentation sorcery:

    You'll slice our customer database so that the person who has just discovered us receives a different message than our two-year subscribers.

  • Test, learn, optimise, repeat:

    You'll constantly experiment, analyse what worked, and make each campaign smarter than the last.

  • Lifecycle thinking:

    Map the full customer journey and build campaigns that move people from first purchase to repeat buyer to brand advocate.

  • List health keeper:

    Grow the database and maintain its health. Monitor deliverability, manage unsubscribes, and build relationships, not just blast messages.

  • CRM detective work

    : Dig into Klaviyo, GA4, and Shopify to understand what makes our customers tick.

Who you are:

  • Retention obsessed:

    You believe keeping a customer beats finding a new one, and you know how to prove it with LTV metrics.

  • Data-driven storyteller:

    You spot insights in dashboards and turn them into campaigns that resonate.

  • Tool-savvy operator:

    You've lived in Klaviyo or similar platforms (Attentive, Braze, Iterable) and can build complex flows without breaking a sweat. You're also comfortable using GA4 and Shopify.

  • Test-and-learn mentality:

    If the data says your subject line didn't work, you try something better. You're curious, not defensive.

  • Project juggler:

    Manage multiple campaigns, keep stakeholders updated, and still analyse last week's performance.

  • Customer-centric:

    You know behind every email is a real person. Your campaigns feel helpful, not spammy.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in DTC beauty, wellness, or personal care brands
  • Worked with subscription platforms like Recharge
  • Partnered with e-commerce teams on site optimisation
  • Built loyalty or referral programs through email/SMS
  • Get excited when you see a really good abandoned cart email
