Role Overview :

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities :

Research and identify prospective SME clients in Australia (10–200 employees).
Conduct
cold outreach
via LinkedIn, email, and calls to decision-makers.
Qualify prospects using
BANT
(Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Coordinate demo meetings for the Australian Sales Team.
Maintain
CRM records
, weekly reporting, and achieve outreach targets.

Key Skills Required :

2–4 years of experience in
B2B lead generation or inside sales
(IT/ERP/SaaS preferred).
Excellent spoken and written
English communication
skills.
Experience selling to
international clients (AU/UK/US)
preferred.
Familiarity with tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot
.
Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Performance Indicators :

300 emails and 50 cold calls per week.
12–15 qualified meetings per month.
100% CRM hygiene and reporting compliance.
