Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads in the USA market for clients.
• Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to tailor outreach efforts.
• Set up discovery meetings/demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
• Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage leads, activities, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet/exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging, positioning, and product-market fit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SDR / BDR experience, preferably in the USA market.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar).
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cold calling and social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Experience with lead generation, closing sales, negotiations, cold call & cold emails, LinkedIn prospecting, 
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of USA business culture and customer expectations.
