Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
  • Build and manage lead lists using tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personas.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute multi-channel outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls.
  • Create personalized messaging to increase meeting booking rates.
  • Consistently set up qualified meetings for the Account Executives / Sales Managers.
  • Extensively Mail and cold call qualified leads to increase bookings

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Database / CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Industry - SaaS preferred / Software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
