Sales Development Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Initiating contact with existing or potential customers through outreach efforts such as phone, emails, social networking, digital events and more
• Create relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects through a discovery call according to defined criteria.
• Manage all your discovery calls to completion, including call tracking and rescheduling
• Schedule new business calls and meetings with qualified leads for the outside sales teams
• Schedule and prepare online demonstrations of Cadaviz Table products to potential customers for the Outside Sales Team Members
• Manage and update customer records and databases
• Assist Sales and Marketing team with additional projects as needed
• Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
• Exceed personal monthly and quarterly performance targets
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with making outbound phone calls daily to promote Immersive Labz products
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Experience in the medical industry is a plus

Location - Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1)

Work Shift - 9 PM to 6 AM (Work from Office)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday
