Job Description

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new-employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in line with company policies.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance laws and company policies.
  • Drafting HR policies, procedures, and communication materials.

4. Performance Management & Learning

  • Support the performance review process and assist managers in goal setting and feedback discussions.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Maintain updated employee attendance, leave, and compensation data.
  • Awareness on Insurance like Medical Insurance, Term Insurance, etc

6. Exit Process

  • Coordinate the full and final settlement and exit formalities for departing employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and document feedback for organizational improvement.
  • Ensure return of company assets, access deactivation, and clearance formalities.
  • Provide insights from exit data to help reduce attrition and enhance retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office -Excel and ERP.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Location - Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1)

Working Days - Monday to Saturday
