HR Generalist Executive

As an HR Generalist with a minimum of 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to human resources. You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to effectively interact with employees and management. Your role will involve demonstrating strong drafting skills for preparing various HR-related documentation such as memos, policies, and reports. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in managing employee welfare programs and ensuring the well-being of employees within the organization. It will be your responsibility to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal processes and to coordinate the exit process, handling employee resignations and confirmations. Furthermore, you will be required to assist in the disciplinary action process whenever necessary. This role requires immediate joiners and is specifically open to candidates in Chennai.
