Role & responsibilities Lead, Develop, mentor, and manage a team of engineers specializing in graphics programming, real-time rendering, and simulation development. Hands on technical designing, architecting and designing core features. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members. Recruit and onboard top talent to build a world-class graphics simulation team, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. Perform all traditional development activities, such as design, coding, testing and documentation. Plan, coordinate, and execute complex graphics simulation projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Oversee project logistics, resource allocation, and task prioritization to meet deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., doctors, content writers, art/design, QA) to define simulation requirements and ensure seamless integration. Guide the development of high-performance graphics simulation systems, including real-time rendering engines, physics-based simulations, and virtual environments. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, unit testing, and source control (e.g., Git). Stay current with industry trends and technologies (e.g., ray tracing, GPU programming, VR/AR, AI-driven simulations) to drive innovation. Drive standardization of simulation workflows and tools to enhance performance and scalability. Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners Advocate for team needs, securing resources and tools to ensure project success. Prepare, document and demonstrate solutions by using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Participate in R&D work required towards latest product / feature developments Be a team player and be part of achievements of product delivery goals. Preferred candidate profile Experience in using IDEs like Visual Studio, Unity3D Editor, Android Studio, Xcode, Monodevelop, etc. Strong knowledge in OOPS, DS and Software design patterns. Strong knowledge in Unity 3d features (Unity 2022+) End to end knowledge in computer graphics and gaming application development. Experience in Physics based games / simulations. Must have strong 3d mathematical, Physics and logical skills Must have strong 3d geometry knowledge Must have developed more than 10 games / simulations that are published in market. Knowledge in Hybrid gaming application will be plus. Development experience in AR / VR / XR will be plus. Knowledge of using haptics for simulators development will be plus

We are looking for a dynamic and high-potential professional to join us as Head of Support Functions. This role is designed as a track to CFO within a defined timeframe for candidates who demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. The person will take responsibility of leading a 5-member team across support functions. Role & responsibilities Finance & Accounts Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting functions Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure timely closure with auditors. Manage corporate banking relationships and ensure smooth fund flows. Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning to support business growth. Develop strong internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process improvements. Investor & Fundraising Manage investor relations, including reporting, communication, and governance requirements. Support fund-raising activities (banks, equity investors, and institutions). Prepare financial models, investor decks, and due diligence material. Human Resources & Administration Lead HR strategy, including performance management systems, employee engagement, and organizational development. Lead recruitment and talent acquisition. Lead the team implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Drive training, development, and culture-building initiatives. Manage general administration, facilities, and compliance related to HR and labor laws. Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute. 5-10 years experience handling statutory audit / internal audit Strong knowledge of finance & accounts. Proven experience in managing investors, fundraising (banks/equity), and financial modeling will be an added advantage. Experience of listing Exposure to HR strategy, performance management, and recruitment will be good but not a must. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
