Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based in Chennai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and support inside sales teams in achieving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include developing business development strategies, building strong customer relationships, effectively communicating the value of Atna’s solutions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales processes and targets.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in

    Lead Generation

    to identify and qualify sales opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent

    Communication skills

    to connect with potential clients, present solutions, and foster relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Comfortable working with

    CRM tools

    like apollo.io, data analytics, and other sales software to manage leads and track performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the AI or fintech industry is an advantage.
