As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Product Manager who understands the nuances of risk, fraud, and digital identity in the fintech space—someone who has built or contributed to similar platforms.

What You’ll Own

• Drive the product roadmap for Atna’s fraud intelligence platform and digital footprinting engine.
• Translate complex machine learning models into clear, intuitive features for customers.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Work closely with early-stage banking and fintech clients to understand pain points and iterate solutions fast.
• Define product requirements, user flows, and success metrics.
• Stay ahead of the fraud and KYC regulatory curve, especially in the Indian and Southeast Asian markets.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management within a fintech, fraud detection, or risk intelligence company.
• Hands-on exposure to machine learning products, especially around customer scoring, identity verification, or behavioral analytics.
• Familiarity with graph-based anomaly detection or digital footprinting techniques.
• Ability to translate user problems into ML-powered product features.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
• Based in

  , or willing to relocate full-time (no remote options for this role).
• Exposure to fraud vectors specific to the Indian market — synthetic identities, mule accounts, etc.
