About The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned SDR professional to be a part of the inside sales team based out of our HQ in Hyderabad, India. You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through outbound channels to support the revenue goals of the business .
What’s Expected of You
:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers.
Lead Qualification
: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospects and understand their pain points.
Lead Nurturing
: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about Darwinbox’s value proposition and build relationships. Understand their challenges and needs to position Darwinbox as a solution.
Value Demonstrations
: Collaborate with sales to schedule product demos for qualified leads. Ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team.
CRM Hygiene Management:
Enter accurate and up-to-date information about leads, activities, and interactions into the CRM. Track progress and update sales opportunities accordingly.
Deal Closure Push
: Partner with sales to navigate through the internal red-tape of the prospect and build multiple champions to bring the deal home.
Critical Performance Metrics:
- Monthly Metrics: Number of sales qualified opportunities
- Quarterly Metrics: Pipeline $$ value generated
- Half Yearly Metric: Number of customers won through SDR sourced pipeline
- Annual Metric: Revenue $$ value generated
Key Relationships You Will Build:
Sales
: Partner with sales to hunt qualified opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals.
Marketing
: Work closely with marketing to align efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on feedback and market trends
Who Should Apply
?
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS in the inside sales function/SDR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects effectively. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. Ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing leads.
- Comfortable using sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales engagement platforms. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
