✅ Identify, qualify, and convert B2B and B2C leads for furniture and interior projects.
✅ Prepare and present product and service proposals to clients.
✅ Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and suggest suitable products/services.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Manage negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
✅ Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
✅ Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to increase conversion rates.
✅ Track client progress through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless experience.
✅ Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution updates to clients.
✅ Handle post-sales support, warranty queries, and client relationship nurturing for repeat business.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Ability to handle client objections and negotiations confidently.
✅ Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
✅ Ready to travel locally or PAN India for client meetings and site visits if required.
✅ Lead conversion ratio.
✅ Customer follow-up TAT adherence.
✅ CRM data hygiene and reporting accuracy.
