Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Coordinator with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) background. This role is crucial for managing customer follow-ups and complaint handling, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical offerings and customer needs, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and sales growth. We are looking for dynamic candidates who are eager to contribute significantly and help double the company's sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Diligently follow up on all sales inquiries, quotations, and leads to drive conversion into orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in a comprehensive reporting system (e.g., Excel-based MIS).
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical clarifications and support to customers regarding industrial air and gas and ACR compressors, spares, and services.
• Explore new connections and leads to expand the company's reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, accounts, dispatch) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Handle quotation preparation and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely updates on sales progress and provide actionable insights in daily reports.
• Actively contribute to strategies aimed at doubling company sales and expanding market share.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within an industrial or technical domain.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, particularly air and gas compressors, would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic and results-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to sales growth and help double company sales.
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management and conversion metrics.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
