About Utility Engineers:

Utility Engineers is specialized in industrial air and gas and ACR compressors, including their spares and services based in Chichpada, Vasai East. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to our financial reporting.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for a range of accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally ERP 9 & Prime, along with current Indian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including processing payments and ensuring timely disbursements.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Review and verify all outgoing payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and issue invoices to clients.
• Accurately record purchase and sales entries in Tally ERP 9 & Prime.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.
• Prepare data necessary for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical work experience in an accounting role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 & Prime is mandatory.
• Familiarity with current Indian financial regulations, specifically GST & TDS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Personal Attributes:
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Chichpada, Vasai East, Maharashtra, India

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off)

Salary: Rs. 20000 – Rs 30000 Monthly. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
