Job Description

Sales Coordinator

🔸 Key Responsibilities

Support sales representatives with appointment scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks
Maintain and update client information in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho
Handle end-to-end order processing, from receiving sales orders to coordinating with logistics and finance for timely delivery and invoicing
Respond to customer queries, handle complaints, and provide post-sale support to strengthen client relationships
Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting
Collaborate on organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
Manage promotional material inventory, such as catalogs, flyers, and product samples
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process for increased efficiency

🔸 Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Understanding of basic sales and customer service concepts
