Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Delivery Orders (D/O) in ERP after receiving sales orders and forward them to the factory.
• Check and process D/Os received from depots and prepare invoices and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with the Credit Control team for outstanding payments and necessary approvals.
• Maintain and regularly update pending delivery order records in Excel.
• Track daily dispatches and update sales data files accurately.
• Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Generate and submit MIS reports, including sales analysis (value-wise and model-wise).
• Verify travel expense claims of the marketing team and coordinate payment processing.
• Liaise with depots and sales teams across India and provide end-to-end back-office support.
• Assist the e-commerce team in processing online sales orders.
• Handle customer and internal email enquiries and prepare/send quotations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation preferred; prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; basic working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
