Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Book sales orders and prepare invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills as per SOP.
Follow up with customers for pending quotations, order execution formalities, and payments while ensuring high service standards.
Prepare MIS/WIP reports and maintain engineers’ visit data.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients for smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to timelines and escalate gaps promptly.
Generate MIS reports and collect customer feedback.
