Sales Coordinator – Job Description
A coordination-driven role where you support sales operations, manage customer interactions, and ensure every order is processed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer calls and take orders professionally.
• Maintain order sheets, daily logs, and update all records accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order status and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with customers for confirmations, clarifications, and post-order support.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and essential sales documentation.
• Manage CRM entries, sales trackers, and daily reporting.
• Ensure smooth communication across internal teams for timely execution.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and basic computer operations
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Prior experience in sales support or admin coordination preferred

Qualification

• Any Graduate
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
Salary: 11-13K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
