Position: Sales Coordinator

Key Requirements:

• Convent-educated candidate preferred
• Strong command over English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in the education / publishing industry preferred
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• Ability to manage sales reports, handle client queries, and support field sales teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal sales teams and school clients
• Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing sales activities
• Maintain sales data, trackers, and MIS reports
• Support the sales team during peak academic seasons
• Ensure timely communication and smooth operational workflow
