Sales Coordinator

The ideal candidates will be a crucial point of contact between our sales team, clients, and internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process, managing administrative tasks, and contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the sales department. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary administrative support for the field sales team. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Tally ERP. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals to clients. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain and update customer records and sales data in MS Excel and internal databases. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch department to ensure timely delivery of products. Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding balances. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP for billing and order management. Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
