Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and BIS standards. Participate in product design and development reviews to ensure quality integration. Conduct internal audits and support external audits by certification and regulatory bodies. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Identify process improvements and work with production to optimize manufacturing efficiency and consistency. Provide training to production and inspection teams on QA processes and documentation. Quality Control (QC): Conduct inspections and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final water purifier units. Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform functional tests including flow rate, TDS reduction, filtration performance, and leak testing. Document and report non-conformances, and quarantine defective products. Use measurement tools and test equipment accurately to validate dimensions and performance.
