Job Summary:

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) for order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with clients on payments, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree Preferred( Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • Minimum

    2 years experience

    in sales coordination or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
