Job Title: Coordinator- Sales & Service

Department: Sales / Customer Service
Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Sales Manager / Service Manager

Job Overview:

The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and service teams in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. This role involves coordinating customer inquiries, managing order processing, scheduling services, and ensuring the efficient flow of communication between sales, service teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Process orders and manage the order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with product availability and supply chain issues.
  • Help organize promotional activities, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customers to ensure all requirements are met.

Service Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, maintenance, and product installations.
  • Track service issues from initial request to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service requirements and expectations.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service status, product warranties, and troubleshooting.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of all sales and service activities.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, service metrics, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
