Sales Coordinator

We are urgently hiring Sales coordinator to join our team

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identify trends impacting sales performance and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and update evaluation scorecards regularly.
• Provide constructive feedback based on call reviews.
• Partner with sales managers to identify training needs and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Generate reports on call quality and performance metrics.
• Analyse data to track improvements and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend changes to scripts, workflows, and processes to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on best practices and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree /Masters in Business or Related field
• Must have minimum 2-5 years experience as Sales coordinator/Team Lead sales coordinator
• Proven experience in sales, sales support, or call center quality assurance.
• Experience in coaching and training sales staff is preferred.
• Excellent listening and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
