Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling customer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate sales
team member.
Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, and product information under
supervision.
Enter and update sales orders into the company’s CRM and ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to track order status and
delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
Help generate basic sales reports and support with data entry tasks.
Support the sales team during trade shows, customer visits, or product demos (if
applicable).
Qualifications:
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or
administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn about medical products and manufacturing processes.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
