We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Office Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Office Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining effective communications between sales representatives, clients, and potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to prioritize tasks, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
