Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our f team. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company's financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Monitor and analyze general ledger transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Address audit findings and implement recommendations for process improvements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor annual budgets. Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business operations and identify areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement. Provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial procedures and systems. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to accounting staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and resolve accounting-related issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial accounting, and reporting. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
