Area Sales Executive

You will be joining our team in the aerosol industry as a Sales Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales growth. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of aerosol products, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sales & Business Development: Targeting potential customers across various industries and devising effective sales strategies. - Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Product Knowledge & Promotion: Showcasing aerosol products to clients, keeping abreast of industry innovations, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities. - Sales Operations & Reporting: Generating and presenting sales reports, managing pricing and negotiations, and ensuring seamless coordination with production and logistics teams. To be considered for this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. - Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aerosol, FMCG, or chemical industry. - Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and communication, ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and knowledge of aerosol products, formulations, and applications. Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software are also essential. This is a full-time position located in Hosur, Narsapura, Chennai, and offers a competitive salary based on experience along with commission/incentives.
