Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the aerosol industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of aerosol products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries, such as personal care, automotive, household, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:
  • Present and demonstrate aerosol products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Stay informed about product innovations and new developments in aerosol technology.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with clients.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of Field sales experience, preferably in the aerosol, FMCG, or chemical industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of aerosol products, formulations, and applications is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + commission/incentives
