Job Overview:

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the sales team’s daily activities and performance
• Follow up on meetings and ensure timely progress on sales opportunities
• Engage with performance marketing leads through calls and convert them into meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales processes
• Track, monitor, and report team performance and meeting outcomes
• Provide training and motivation to ensure high team productivity
• Draft professional communications, reports, and updates in English

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales coordination or team management role
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead nurturing
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance marketing or digital lead handling
• Background in B2B/B2C sales support roles
