Job Title: Sales Coordinator – SaaS Sales

Department: Sales
Reporting To: Head- Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our SaaS sales operations. The role involves coordinating between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams, managing sales documentation, tracking leads and deals, and ensuring smooth sales process execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Assist the sales team in managing end-to-end SaaS sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and prospects.
  • Schedule sales calls, product demos, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines in CRM tools.

Lead & Opportunity Management

  • Track inbound and outbound leads and assign them to the respective sales representatives.
  • Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales stages.

Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, agreements, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with finance for pricing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and approval workflows.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track revenue, conversions, renewals, and churn metrics.
  • Share sales performance insights with management.

Customer & Partner Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between customers and the internal sales team.
  • Coordinate onboarding handover with operations or customer success teams.
  • Support renewal, upsell, and cross-sell activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales lifecycle, subscription models, and renewals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or SaaS sales support.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹370,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
