Sales Coordinator

Experience Required: 0-1 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by giving product demos, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with clients to ensure successful conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: # Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients (in-person or virtual). # Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, referrals, social media, events, etc.). # Follow up with leads to understand their requirements and nurture them through the sales funnel. # Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams # Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and client feedback. # Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. # Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients. # Provide regular reports on lead generation, demo performance, and client conversion metrics. # Stay updated on product features and industry trends to effectively address client needs. Requirements: # MBA/BBA/B.Tech. # 0-1 years of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or a similar role. # Proven ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and communicate value propositions. # Excellent verbal and written communication skills. # Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. # Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools. # Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: # Excellent communication skills # Excellent Presentation Skills # Fluency in multiple languages will be an added advantage. # Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will be an added advantage
