Job Description

Key responsibilities Order management: Processing sales orders, creating quotations, and managing delivery notes and invoices. Sales support: Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications. Data management: Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records, often using CRM software. Reporting: Generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics. Coordination: Ensuring efficient communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.  Required skills and qualifications Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales applications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks. Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles is often required, with some positions open to freshers. A degree in a relevant field like Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering is sometimes preferred.
