Role Description

The Sales Coordinator – Exports is responsible for supporting the international sales teams by ensuring streamlined operations across all export-related activities. This role involves maintaining export MIS for management reporting, tracking ongoing export activities, coordinating logistical arrangements for personnel, and fostering effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison among various head office departments, including Logistics, Finance & Accounts, Banking, Legal, and Compliance, to facilitate necessary activities and documentation for export operations.

· Monitor and manage expenses, remittances, and budget allocations related to export activities.

· Review, track, and maintain partner agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

· Organize and facilitate training programs and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and skills.

· Record minutes of meetings, ensuring follow-ups on key decisions and action items.

· Coordinate travel logistics including visas, ticketing, accommodation, and internal transfers for team members traveling internationally.

· Arrange itineraries and documentation for foreign delegates visiting India, ensuring a seamless experience.

· Maintain accurate sales, budget, and expense data related to exports, regularly updating relevant trackers. · Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade fairs, managing documentation and marketing materials as needed.

· Oversee testing activities in laboratories and manage sample dispatch, ensuring quality and compliance.

· Draft correspondence and official letters as required


Required Qualities

  • Experience in Sales Support, Order Processing, and Customer Service
  • Strong organizational skills, scheduling, and record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales-related tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the energy or chemical industries is a plus
  • Must possess the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions both within India and internationally. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. · Demonstrated strong tracking, multi-tasking, and analytical skills with attention to detail. · Proactive problem-solver with a keen ability to prioritize tasks effectively


Qualifications

Any Graduate: PG in any stream is preferred


Work Experience

Min 8-10 years of experience in a similar role out of which 3-5 years must be for international sales
