Job Description: Senior Sales Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Company: Abhitech Energycon Limited 

CTC: Approx. 12-15 lacs per annum

Location: Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Hyderabad 

Industry: Fuel additives and combustion catalysts

Experience Required: 10–12 years

Education: Bachelor’s (or higher) in Science/Diploma in Engineering

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial/non industrial Sales and business development Specialist with basic technical expertise in internal combustion engines and proven experience servicing infrastructure , and mining sector and fleet owners clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in science or engineering, possess outstanding sales acumen, and have a history of achieving growth targets in industrial or non industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for fuel additives used in internal combustion engine solutions targeted at infrastructure, automotive fleet owners and mining companies.

• Cultivate and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on support tailored to complex client environments.

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and drive end-to-end sales funnel management.

• Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are incorporated into offerings.

• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring commercial objectives and profitability are achieved.

• Provide technical training and after-sales support to customers as required.

• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrable success working with large infrastructure and mining companies, preferably handling industrial equipment or B2B technical solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge of internal combustion engines (both diesel and petrol, stationary and mobile applications), emission norms, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.

• Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned north, east or south zone as needed.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Science or diploma in Mechanical/chemical Engineering, or a related science/engineering field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total CTC: Approx. ₹12-15 Lacs per annum
