Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client communications, scheduling virtual meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role is key to maintaining smooth coordination between clients and the sales team, helping drive conversions and strong client relationships. Key Roles & Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) between clients and the sales team Confirm meeting details with clients and internal team members Send calendar invites, meeting links, reminders, and follow-up messages Track leads and client interactions in CRM or internal tracking systems Follow up with prospects and existing clients after meetings via email or phone Assist sales team with pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting documentation Maintain accurate records of meetings, discussions, and next steps Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely communication Handle basic client inquiries and route them to the appropriate team member Support sales reporting and pipeline updates as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with virtual meeting tools and email platforms Basic understanding of sales processes and digital marketing services Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to follow up consistently and professionally Attention to detail and ability to multitask
