Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to enhance client relationships by efficiently managing customer queries with support from our internal technical team. The CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions. This role is vital to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting clients in achieving their digital marketing goals. We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:·         · Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs. ·       Work with the internal technical team to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently. ·       Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups. ·       Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. ·       Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and overall service quality. ·       Provide client feedback to the technical and management teams for continuous improvement. ·       Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster long-term satisfaction. Qualifications: ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. ·       Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. ·       Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts. ·       Excellent English speaking to deal with high-value clients  Preferred Qualifications: ·       Experience or knowledge in digital marketing or tech-focused customer service. ·       Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, Ads management, and web development.
