This role is key in maintaining excellent client communication and helping the sales team stay focused on closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings between clients and sales team members. Manage calendars for sales representatives, ensuring optimal scheduling and avoiding conflicts. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to confirm meeting times, locations (or virtual links), and follow-ups. Prepare and send meeting reminders, agendas, and related documents before appointments. Update and maintain the CRM system with appointment details and client information.
